Dr. Kimberly Hubenette is the Co-Founder and Visionary of Synergy Aesthetics Sonoma, where advanced aesthetics, regenerative wellness, and personalized longevity solutions come together to help patients look, feel, and live their best.
With more than 30 years of clinical experience, Dr. Hubenette has dedicated her career to innovation, education, and whole-body wellness. As the founder of Synergy Dental Group in Sonoma, she pioneered an integrated approach combining digital technology, laser therapies, airway health, facial aesthetics, and wellness-focused care.
Dr. Hubenette is certified and trained in advanced facial aesthetic and regenerative procedures, including therapeutic neuromodulators, PDO thread lifting, Fotona® laser therapies, facial balancing, and regenerative treatment modalities. While these services may be offered within the Synergy Aesthetics Sonoma experience, all dental-related procedures, including TMJ treatment and dental soft tissue regeneration, are performed through the sister practice, Synergy Dental Group, in accordance with California regulations.
Passionate about healthy aging, Dr. Hubenette utilizes advanced salivary testing, wellness assessments, and personalized strategies to help patients optimize health, vitality, and confidence. Her mission is to combine science, technology, and compassionate care to support both aesthetic outcomes and long-term wellness.
In addition to leading Synergy Aesthetics Sonoma, Dr. Hubenette is an entrepreneur, educator, author, speaker, and host of the Live Love Survive Thrive podcast, inspiring others to pursue resilience, wellness, and lifelong transformation.

With more than 27 years of experience as a Physician Assistant, Mary Pat Nesbit , Co-founder of Synergy Aesthetics Sonoma, brings an exceptional blend of advanced medical expertise, artistic precision, and compassionate patient care to Synergy Aesthetics Sonoma.
Mary Pat's journey into medicine began at just 14 years old when she volunteered at her local hospital. Inspired by caring for others, she graduated from high school early and pursued a career in radiologic technology, working as an X-ray Technologist for 18 years before earning her Physician Assistant degree from Albany Medical College.
For nearly three decades, Mary Pat practiced emergency medicine, where she developed exceptional clinical judgment, procedural skills, and the ability to remain calm and compassionate under pressure. While emergency medicine provided an incredibly rewarding career, she discovered a growing passion for helping patients not only feel better—but also look and feel their absolute best.
Today, Mary Pat has dedicated her career to regenerative aesthetics and whole-body wellness. She has completed advanced education through aesthetic conferences, hands-on training programs, and specialized courses focused on today's most innovative technologies. Her experience includes advanced microneedling, fractional CO₂ laser resurfacing, and energy-based aesthetic platforms designed to improve skin tone, texture, collagen production, and overall skin rejuvenation.
Mary Pat believes aesthetic medicine is about far more than appearance. She understands that looking refreshed and healthy often restores confidence, allowing people to feel empowered both personally and professionally. Her philosophy centers on achieving beautiful, natural-looking results that enhance each patient's unique features while supporting long-term skin health and graceful aging.
Originally from Massachusetts, Mary Pat recently relocated to beautiful Sonoma after spending more than two decades in Scottsdale. She made Northern California her home to be closer to her daughter, son-in-law, and two young grandchildren in Marin County. Inspired by this new chapter in life, she embraced her passion for aesthetics and wellness, combining decades of medical experience with the latest regenerative treatments to help patients age confidently and live vibrantly.

Korina Tanner, MD
Medical Director
Dr. Korina Tanner is a seasoned Family Medicine physician with over 24 years of experience and six years of expertise in medical aesthetics. Since 2019, she has served as the Medical Director and partial owner of Tighten IT Spa in Roseville, CA, overseeing two locations and supervising a skilled team of RNs. Dr. Tanner specializes in various aesthetic procedures, including Botox, Xeomin, Dysport, fillers, laser treatments, PRP therapy, aesthetic skin lesion removal, and weight loss management. Her commitment to patient care and leadership extends beyond aesthetics to supervising PAs and NPs in urgent care settings. Dr. Tanner’s dedication to enhancing natural beauty and overall wellness has made her a trusted figure in the greater Sacramento area.
